Luxury villa in a very quiet area with magnificient views, just 550 meters from the lake of Bolsena. It features a garden of about 10.000m2 (completely fenced) and a 5x15 meter swimming pool, all for private use of the tenant (the property is not shared with any other person). The villa is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. The villa has high-quality finishes and been furnished with all designer furniture and equipped with modern comforts such as air conditioning throughout the villa and electronically controlled curtains/mosquito nets. It is suitable for up to 6 people (+ baby cot on request). It has 3 bedrooms with view on the garden/pool and en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a covered terraces with outdoor sofa/lounge set and outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink (outdoor kitchen to be installed in July 2026). The terrace in front of the villa is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The pool area has 6 sun beds and a big sun umbrella 3 of 3 by 3 meters. Within 1.5 km of the property there are 3 different restaurants. Supermarket and other shops are located in the village of Gradoli around 5 Kms away. It is a great starting point to visit northern Lazio, Umbria and southern Tuscany or for a day to the sea (45 minutes to the sandy beaches of Montalto di Castro, 1h15 for the sandy beaches around the famous Monte Argentario). On demand it’s possible to have chef service for dinner/lunch or organize cooking lessons.
