The house is located on the second floor of a building in the center of the small historic village of Talamone from which you can walk to the two beautiful beaches with crystal clear water (the equipped one \" Bagno delle Donne\" and the free one \"Del Cannone\"), the historic Sienese Castle overlooking the sea, the picturesque terrace square, restaurants, bars, supermarket (just below the house), stores, port and any other service.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, in addition 2 children can sleep in the sofa bed in the living room.
Upon entering we find a bright living room with TV, sofa (bed) and dining area adjacent to the fully equipped small kitchen. From the living room you can exit to the balcony from which you can admire the beautiful view.
