Positive: Superb peaceful location which was very relaxing. Wish we had brought binoculars as so much wildlife around including deer across river and numerous birds. In Marina di Pisa is a superb Conad supermarket which had everything we could wish for including Cooked Hot rotisserie style chickens pizza etc...and large Moretti bottles of beer at 0.94c!!!! also great Sunday market and the private Lidos in Tirrenia were superb. Easy to visit and park by Leaning Tower and square. Finally....saving the best to last ...and that is the HOST!!.... Ivo and his wife were so welcoming, friendly and could not do enough for us. Welcomed us with a cold beer on arrival, wine in welcome pack. We enjoyed his chats when we saw him and had a good laugh whilst relaxing in the garden. Thanks for a great stay "Arthur"!!!...love Nigel ("Terry") and Trudie xx
