The agriturismo is located in the middle of a family-run farm, which has solely focused on organic farming for about the last 15 years. The entire property is approximately 50 hectares in size, which includes a fishing pond, an oak and chestnut wood, 70 olive trees and many other Mediterranean plants. This place will enchant you with its peace and quiet, as well as its proximity to the sea.
A total of seven holiday apartments are available for rent. All are completely self-contained and have a living room with a kitchen area, one or two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The kitchen area is fully equipped with cooking rings, a sink, pantry, refrigerator and ample crockery. Thanks to these features, guests can enjoy total independence in each of the apartments. All the holiday apartments have been renovated with care and due regard to the typical style of the Marche region. The floors with their typical terracotta tiles and the ceilings with their exposed wooden beams are characteristic of this. The colour selected for the apartments also reflects the traditional and rustic style. The rooms are decorated in light pastel colours and allow the guests to experience a harmonious, rural atmosphere. The furnishings have been carefully selected. There are chests, dressers, old display cases and antiques that have been acquired over time from regional markets and restored by capable local craftsmen. The furnishings are completed with photo frames, vases and other decorations.
Each apartment has a private, furnished outdoor area.
