Detached house with private parking on site. From the outside, 4 steps lead to the house, which is, inside, on one level. This accommodation offers a fully equipped independent kitchen. The living / dining room opens onto a suspended terrace with views of the garden and the Dordogne River. You will have 3 bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed. A shower room. A separate toilet. The garden is located at the back of the house. You will find garden furniture in the shade under the tree, as well as a barbecue. Little extra: at the bottom of the garden, a small gate gives you direct access to the greenway along the river. In the basement you will have access to a ping-pong table, and the washing machine.
