From the living room access to a terrace of about 15 sqm, there is a part of the garden which is completely fenced and equipped with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque at the exclusive use of the guests of this apartment. Parking within the grounds, wifi included. PETS ALLOWED ON REQUEST.
