Positive: The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of downtown Napoli, close to the metro, great coffee shops, and the Galleria. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a lovely view from the balcony. The building itself is a beautiful historic property from the last century, full of charm, and having an elevator up to the fourth floor was a real plus. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive, making the stay even more pleasant.

Negative: Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Summary: I have visited Napoli several times, and this was truly one of my best accommodation experiences in the city.
