Our large historic estate, comprising a main farmhouse, a cosy cottage and a versatile barn, is set in the centre of 28 acres of land, offering the perfect setting for those seeking complete privacy within the lush heart of Le Marche. With a total accommodation capacity of 29 beds, we guarantee a high-quality stay for large groups, enveloped in the serenity of our panoramic views of hilltop villages and majestic mountains.
The main house is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, there is a double living room with leather sofas, a dining room with a large table seating up to 16 adults, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This flat also has a combined washing machine and boiler.
