The villa is located 50 meters above the sea and has a breathtaking view of the sea, Argentario peninsula and Giglio island. It is surrounded by a large well-kept park and a private swimming pool (15x5x1.40) with bathroom. The villa's position is just perfect regarding quietness, privacy and relax. In the garden, customers will enjoy many areas for reading, relaxation, sun bathing and alfresco dining.

You will also find two tennis clubs nearby as well as an excellent Golf Club at Punta Ala (you need to present a letter asking for permission to become a member first). All bedrooms are very bright and boast a wonderful view of the surrounding nature, except for the bedroom with bunk bed. There are 6 bathrooms (5 of which are ensuite and 1 full guest bathroom), 1 modern and fully equipped kitchen and 1 living room with verand and amazing view.
The furnishings of the villa are new and of first quality; the interiors are carefully chosen by the owner.
The house is fully air-conditioned and all the windows have mosquito screens (except for the veranda of the living room).
Our Opinion
Modern, bright and new villa located in a privileged position that guarantees relax and privacy with an amazing view and close to the beach (no more than 5-10 minutes by car). The villa is especially adapted for large groups looking for the best. Very recommendable for a unforgettable holiday.
