Rising in a spectacular position surrounded by Val d’Orcia’s dreamlike rolling hills, this beautiful 19th century Tuscan farmhouse is immersed in the luxuriant vegetation and caressed by sweet-scented breeze. The Villa restored some years ago is divided into three areas. The entire home has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, living rooms with 3 kitchen and dining room. In the garden the pool is long and narrow (4 x 18 m), enclosed by travertine marble and the adjoining banks are planted with agapanthus, lavender and white roses.
GROUND FLOOR
Entrance into a full equipped kitchen. A big wooden dining table is in front of a glass door within a
wooden arch, which leads onto a 30 sqm patio with a wonderful view.
BALCONY
Reached by a narrow spiral staircase there isa double French bed suitable for children.
Three steps above kitchen level there is a lounge room with fire place and billiard table and another
three steps a small area leading to a double bedroom (possible twin beds) with private bathroom
and shower. To the left of the kitchen, up three steps, there is small glassed in verandah. There is an entrance to a large sitting room with a big fire place, comfortable divans, alibrary with many books, stereo, tv with dvd. Next to the sitting room there is a small kitchen,a sitting room with tv and library, doublebedroom (possible twin) with access to the outside and bathroom with double shower (210x75 cm).
FIRST FLOOR
Accessible from the inside and the outside via an external staircase.
