Positive: From the moment I arrived, I was given a very warm welcome and information about the local area. Nothing was too much trouble and they kindly made a restaurant reservation for me, having asked what sort of food and restaurant I would prefer (and turned out to be an excellent recommendation). The pool and grounds were very relaxing and the room very comfortable, tastefully renovated to retain its character and charm but with all the modern conveniences you could want. A really exceptional place to stay and I only wished I could have stayed longer. Thank you so much for making me so welcome and sharing a piece of Lucca.
