The Villa is on two levels and is approximately 600 square metres.. It can host 16 people in two
apartments, each with 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The two apartments are independent, but can be connected by an inside staircase.
5 extra beds can be added for a total of 21 guests. On the ground floor (appr 300 sq mts) there is a
large lounge room with tv area, a dining area, kitchen and 4 double bedrooms, all with private
bathroom with shower. The kitchen and areas downstairs are ideal for 16 people.
An inside staircase leads to the upper floor (appr 290 sq mts). This has a kitchen with view, dining
area, lounge, 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms ensuite and an extra courtesy bathroom.AC in all the
