Villa la Ghiandaia is located at the beginning of the beautiful Valle di Chio, 2.5 km from Castiglion Fiorentino, a town of Etruscan origin (Oppidum Etrusco Archaeological Museum of Castiglion Fiorentino).
The origins of Villa la Ghiandaia date back to the 17th century. Originally the property was a country house, identified as “Farmhouse”. From the 17th century the house has been modified several times, assuming from the end of the 19th century. - early 20th century the current structural features, such as the external stone staircase and the typical loggia. The garden is large, sunny, wooded, fenced, and it has lawn and flowers, some dining tables and a barbecue. From the beautiful infinity pool (14 m x 5 m) you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills, and the town of Castiglion Fiorentino.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. The service bathroom is adjacent to the internal staircase that gives access to the upper floor.
Upper floor: There are 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds, two bathrooms with shower, and a wardrobe room. Also on this floor there is a living room with direct access to the outdoor furnished loggia.
The laundry is accessed from an external door on the ground floor.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (150.00€); heating according to consumption during the winter months.
