Interiors
The villa is accessed via the beautiful wrought iron gate through a delightful, well-kept garden with an entrance square. From here you reach the entrance of the house via a staircase (five steps) or through the covered parking that can accommodate up to six cars with a direct entrance to the villa.

On the ground floor we find a large entrance area with fireplace that opens onto the dining area with more dining tables, a practical office ideal for smart working, a kitchen with pantry, as well as a reading room with library, a TV room and utility rooms.
A staircase of 17 steps leads to the first floor.
The night floor is composed by five bedrooms all with private bathroom with shower (three bathrooms don’t have a window), and they are made of three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms of which are joinable.
In the lower level reachable from an internal staircase from the main floor, there are four bedrooms (closed when booking this version of the house). Always on this floor there are a TV SMART room, a small reading room with access to the externals, a soft gym ideal for sportive people. The first floor and the lower floor are equipped with independent underfloor cooling system and heating, and WI-FI connection.
