The villa stands in a large garden full of flowers and plants where you will also have a parking space. The beautiful swimming pool (10 x 5 m, fixed height 1.5 m, open from May to September and entirely fenced) is located in a panoramic position and well exposed to the sun. It is complete with sunbeds, umbrella with table and chairs and solar shower. From the swimming pool, the gaze is lost in the surrounding countryside, a landscape that with its colors and scents will leave you breathless and will give you glimpses of rare beauty. Outside you will also have at your disposal a barbecue, tables and chairs to be able to enjoy your meals in the open air, perhaps accompanied by one of the great wines produced in this area. Complete the ground floor, climbing 5 steps, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor we find the sleeping area which is made up of a living room complete with sofas and bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom with shower, the second is a double bedroom with an adjoining bedroom with single bed and complete bathroom with shower and finally the last one is a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined on request) and a bathroom with bathtub.
