Ground level:
You will find a spacious entrance hall, a living room with fireplace and sofas, two sitting rooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
First floor:
Accessible via the stone staircase you will find on the first floor a living room with fireplace. There are six bedrooms. One master double room with en-suite shower, one double with bathtub and shower, two double rooms with en-suite shower each, a further double room with separate shower. The last bedroom has a double bed and a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine level where there are two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Second floor (attic)
Via stone stairs you can access the second floor where you will find a living room, sitting room and four bedrooms (three double and one twin) all with en-suite shower.
Next to Villa del Cacciatore you will find an entertainment room with a billiard, a living/dining oom with fireplace decorated with hunting trophies.
There is an annex near the main building where the owners live and look after the maintenance of the pool and gardens. They have their separate entrance and the pool is for the sole use of the guests.
The external area consists of an irregular shape pool (8m x 18m), landscaped gardens and flower beds, a terrace with outdoor dining and BBQ area. Parking is also available on site.
