We are in the middle of the most beautiful Tuscan countryside. In a hilly town between Florence and Siena 20 km from the sensational towers of San Gimignano.
The apartments were built on the ruins of an old Tuscan barn maintaining the most significant features such as roofs and attics with rafters and bricks and large windows made of exposed brick.
Around the house the vegetation and animals are the masters, from the garden of the upper apartment and from the swimming pool we can see the horses, as it is not difficult to spot even near the house deer, foxes or other typical animals of our areas.

For the more sporty our area offers routes with breathtaking landscapes both by mountain bike and on foot as well as horseback riding that can be done in the nearby stables.

The Villa consists of two apartments: Ponente and Maestrale.
The Ponente apartment is in a rustic Tuscan style with exposed chestnut beams and consists of a large living room kitchen, equipped with a gas kitchenette, fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, sofa and double sofa bed.
The living room overlooks a spacious private garden where you can dine enjoying the panorama characterized by the typical Tuscan hills. The outdoor area also has a barbecue for summer barbecues.
