"Villa Parco del Principe" is an indipendent residence with 14 sleeps and it's composed of the main villa and dependance.
On the ground floor there are a large entrance, living room with fireplace and library, dining room, TV room (with satellite TV, CD/DVD player), small study/living room with desk, equipped kitchen with direct access to outside, guest bathroom. Through a marble staircase, it's possible to access to the first floor: there are three spacious double rooms, each one with private bathroom (with bath and shower), a double room with wardrobe, bathroom (with shower that have color therapy and bath) and the access to the terrace that overlooks the park. On the second floor, there are a large living room with satellite TV, a double room with private bathroom (with shower and bath), a double room with bath and sink in the room, separate toilet and bidet.
Dependence
Living room with fireplace, kitchen, double room with private bathroom (accessible from the living room), double room with private bathroom. There is also a patio, accessible from the kitchen or from the bedroom.
Services
Swimming pool, two water bikes in aluminum, air conditioning, wi-fi, laundry service, piano, alarm, safe in every room of the villa, area for outdoor dining, music system, circular path for walking or jogging around the Villa.
NB. From the garden and the swimming pool you can occasionally hear some noise of the road that connects Chiusi and Chianciano Terme. Inside the park, separate from the Villa, there is a small farmhouse where the housekeeper lives.
