For shared use: terrace (300 m2), garden furniture. Heating available only from 25.09. to 07.05.. 800 m long steep, narrow motor access. 150 m stepped path to the house. Parking at 150 m on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, sandy beach "Feniglia" 2 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Nearby attractions: Giardino dei Tarocchi 30 km, Cittá di Cosa, Ansedonia 15 km. Please note: no lift. The tap water has no drinking water quality. Please note: during the summer months water shortage may arise. Therefore the houses are equipped with cisterns with water from deep wells (not always drinking water quality).
