The house is surrounded by 3 hectares of olive groves and a large garden associating cypresses, pines and lawn green e. The villa enjoys panoramic view of 360 °, very exceptional in the Val di Chiana and Mount Cetona.
The highlight allows to embrace the entire landscape is the plateau of the infinity pool with bar, terraces with loungers and an adjoining bowling alley. The villa has several terraces on different levels where you can enjoy meals with different views of the surrounding countryside.

5 double rooms that can be arranged either as double bed in twin beds, 4 bathrooms. 2 kitchens, a large fully equipped with professional equipment on the ground floor with the possibility of taking his meals either inside or on the adjoining terrace. A second extra kitchen, stocked with all the equipment on the first floor overlooking another dining room itself open to a terrace with views that can also serve for breakfast.
