Welcome to our warm and inviting Bloomington retreat — a thoughtfully designed new-build 4-bedroom, 3-bath home just 8 minutes to IU Memorial Stadium. This cottage-style home blends charm and modern comfort with convenient access to the highway, campus, downtown restaurants, and IU events. Perfect for graduation weekends, football games, or family gatherings.
Our family home was built in 2025 and we are opening it up for hosting on IU game weekends and graduation.

Our bright and inviting living room offers comfortable seating for eight or more, featuring a cozy sectional and two swivel chairs for flexible lounging. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming spot to gather, relax, or watch the game together.
Kitchen
Our bright and beautifully crafted kitchen features custom cabinetry and thoughtful finishes throughout. Whether you're starting the morning with a fresh pot from the high-end Bunn drip coffee maker or pulling espresso from the Breville machine, you’ll have everything you need to feel right at home.
The spacious layout offers generous counter space, a large kitchen island with seating for three, and a fully stocked setup equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to game day spreads or celebration dinners. Designed for gathering, cooking, and lingering over coffee, this kitchen is truly the heart of the home.

Long dining table can seat 8-10 people.
Bedroom 1 (Primary)
King bed with wall of sliding windows with views of the woods. Cozy reading chair with lovely view to relax in. Blackout curtains for nice morning sleep ins.
Primary Bathroom
Our bathroom with a classic clawfoot tub offers a relaxing, spa-like retreat. The deep soaking tub is perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel or celebrating IU events. Bright, clean finishes, double vanities, and thoughtful touches create a fresh, comfortable space where you can refresh and recharge in style.
Bedroom 2-Blue Room
Queen size bed with cozy linen bedding.
Bedroom 3
This bright and welcoming bedroom features two comfortable twin beds, making it perfect for kids, friends, or additional guests. Beds can be pushed together at guests request to make a king sized sleeping arrangement. A small desk provides a convenient workspace or spot to get ready, offering both comfort and functionality for your stay. This room connects to the home's second on suite. This bedroom has the on-suite bathroom with the standup shower and pink walls.
Bedroom 4-Green Room
This is our home's study and additional guest room. This will be set up with a full side bed. This room also has a large TV as well as a desk. If guest do not need this additional space, we are happy to have it furnished as an additional sitting room with a couch.
Hall Bathroom
This bathroom has an additional tub/shower combination and a massive vanity perfect for getting ready for game day!
Outdoor space
There is seating on the front porch and we also have a small fire-pit set up in the back of house with a solo stove. Blackstone grill available for guest use as well.
Parking on-site
We live off of State Rd 45 and there is ample parking on site for multiple families to park.
Guest will have access to all parts of the home, one closet may be locked with owners belongings stored away.
We will be in town while guests are staying in our home. If any issues arise, we will be able to address them immediately.
Note: This this is our primary home, all closets will be substantially full of personal items and clothing. We will provide ample space for guests but ask all guest to respect our personal items.
