Summary: The property was nice, the staff made it very easy for check in and out as everything was done via text messages. Plenty of grass along the street to walk your dog in and a nice secluded courtyard area with a covered area to cook and relax while the kids play. Definitely not a Hotel though as the name says, these are Motel rooms. The rooms show their age with some patches to dry wall and other areas that look to be completed by a handy man instead of a professional but overall we enjoyed our stay. For the location and the value, i don't think you could beat it. We stayed in room #2
