Positive: Hotel at good location, tram, train connection anywhere, free parking in the neighbourhood. Good, "retro" breakfast. Nice, helpful staff.

Negative: Old, dusty, messy interior (the halls). Room very small, poor equipment of the room (no wardrobe, no space to go around the bed, old neglected carpets). Hotel doesn't correspond to 3* it has. We stayed during festival weekend, I understand the prices were exaggerated because of that but 90e per night at hotel like this is unreasonable.
