Summary: Out of all my stays in Italy, this place was by far the best. Firstly, Viviana was amazingly friendly, responsive and helpful. Secondly, the room was spacious, had great character and had so many unexpected amenities and gifts. Breakfast was solid, and yeah - I'd stay here again next time I'm in Firenze for sure!
