Il Podere Casale is an ancient farmhouse, completely refurbished and transformed into holiday home sleeping 8, with 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is completely independent and has large outdoor areas with an equipped portico, barbecue and a swimming pool with solarium. The rooms are comfortable with many traditional elements: the earthenware and stone floors or ceilings with wooden beams but just as many modern ones such as the perfectly equipped kitchen or the air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

A broad natural lawn is the setting for the swimming pool that measures 10 x 5 metres by 1,5 meters depth. The shaded portico, with its barbecue and table for dining in the open air, looks over the poolside solarium area, equipped with sunbeds, loungers and outdoor shower. The ground floor consists of a living area, with mini stereo and satellite TV, and a dining room opening onto the spacious portico equipped for open-air dining, well equipped kitchen with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine, WC. On first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower.

Podere Casale is part of a large farm of about 650 hectares, on the hills behind the beaches of Costa degli Etruschi, between the sea and the city of Volterra.
Facilities
The house has wi-fi Internet connection, available only in the living room, a pool that upon request can be warmed, central heating, ping pong and car park on the property. All the bedrooms have insect screens at the windows and air conditioning.

Check in has to be between 5.00pm and 7.00pm. Check out by 9.30am. The water is not drinkable. Swimming pool open from 16/05 to 02/10 from 9.00am to 9.30pm. Internet connection is available only in the living room of the house. Trash disposal is to be taken care of by the guests, who need to take it away after their stay. In case of negligence, guests can be subjected to a fee of Euro 150. Charging of electric cars is not permitted on the property.
