The olympic sized pool and multiple patio areas are surrounded in reclaimed stone - fountains bubble from 3 locations and outdoor amenities include a tennis court, a bocce court and a shaded ping pong table - all ensconced behind an electric gate within 5 fenced acres. Pinguini (portable air conditioning) are available for all bedrooms and windows are screened and shuttered. Heating is through radiant flooring and 4 wood-burning, 3 gas, fireplaces.
This estate is accessed from a private, gravel road nestled in a 700-acre agricultural valley and nature preserve. Walking trails and wildlife sightings are plentiful! Perfectly located between Florence & Siena and within walking distance to the hotel Castello del Nero, the home is but a short drive to restaurants, shops, the A1 and the many hill towns of Tuscany.
Notes for guests:
Our house manager will be onsite for a few hours every week day and will assist with any questions you may have regarding the property. Gardeners, pool maintenance or other staff also have access to the grounds. You will need a car in this region of Tuscany.
