Villa Pienza is an amazing property in the middle of the enchanting Val D’Orcia less than 3 km from Pienza. Located just above of a hill the villa offers amazing views of the marvelous characteristics hills of this unique area of Tuscany, so unique that it is protected by the UNESCO heritage.
The area is very famous for some of the finest wine producer of the entire Italy, such as Brunello di Montalcino.
Set in a real angle of paradise this enchanting villa is a perfect spot for a real relaxing holiday and at the same time a great starting point for a day trip to Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Siena and many other destinations.
Its private garden feature a unique swimming pool of 24 mt, which is partially covered by a porch, the water is specially purified by a system with sodium chloride perfect for children and people with skin problems.
There are also equipped outside areas with garden furniture and a barbeque at the client’s disposal for organize al fresco meals admiring unique Val d’Orca sunset.
Villa Pienza is about 520 sqm. and is divided in two sections, it has been recently renovated and owner took particular attention in use some of the finest furniture in order to keep the real Tuscan atmosphere but at the same time provide to its guest the most comfortable and luxury holiday.
The main body at the Ground floor features a large and very well-equipped kitchen, a stove with 9 burners and 2ovens; microwave oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee machine, mixer, boiler; spacious wooden table set in front of a fire place. A TV room with sofas, dining area with a long table for 15 people. One double bedroom with whit private bathroom with shower and access to the outside, small bedroom for teenager with a single bed and private bathroom with shower.
On the first floor; Double bedroom with private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom with double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower. Covered terrace facing the swimming pool area and the Val D’Orcia hills.
The second section at the ground floor has a second spacious kitchen fully equipped with all amenities. A living room with elegant sofas, fireplace, TV Sat. a bathroom with shower which gives direct access to the pool.

On the First floor there is a large double bedroom with king size bed 2x2 mt, ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.

Rental Rules:
A 30% NON-Refundalbe deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm. Checkout: before 10.00 am.
Swimming pool: opening 11 April and closing 17 October

Security deposit: € 1000 to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.
