Positive: Such a beautifully decorated apartment in an historical palazzo. Open the windows and you can hear the sounds of Italy - church bells, singing, laughter - wonderful! Located in a great part of Firenze with everything within walking distance. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and the staff were helpful in every way.

Negative: It was perfect!

Summary: Incredibly beautiful apartment in a perfect location.
