Spacious self catering apartment set in a old Tuscan Farmhouse of 1878 completely restored, called Podere Le Manzinaie, introduced by a long, cypress-lined drive.
The property is located in the area of Montepulciano; a lovely village known as “The pearl of the 16th century” because of its several architectural features dating back to renaissance time, and for its wine Nobile di Montepulciano that is famous all over the world.
Rose apartment is on the ground floor of the main building and it is completely hand-decorated and embellished by trompe l'oeil by the owner, to offer the guests a refined, cosy and exclusive atmosphere. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, one bedroom with canopy bed and a private big bath with Jacuzzi hydro massage tub, separate shower and hair dryer.
We have our own vegetable garden and orchard from where we picked up all our seasonal products ones! The full two acres, the swimming pool, out door seating area and patio are at your full disposal. You can access to the vegetable garden to pick up your tomatoes and your salads to cook delicious dinner for you and your family and friends.
We suggest to come with your own car, to fully enjoy the region for private wine tours we can connect you with many providers for the experience of a lifetime. Public transportation is very limited in the area, we recommend to rent a car to enjoy one of the most beautiful region in the world.
From our property, you can do a lot of activity such as the birdwatching: the “Montepulciano Lake” is a Natural Reserve located in the south part of Valdichiana Valley, not far away from our property.
