As soon as you enter there is a beautiful round and raised entrance with a hand-made Tuscan terracotta floor. The floor is in creamy white parquet. On the left is the kitchen area with induction hob, fridge, table and chairs, separated from the rest of the apartment by internal furnishings. Then on the right is the large double bed with the TV and a vintage sofa.
The bathroom is very large and in the colors of blue, next to it we find the equipped and livable walk-in closet.
The ceiling is vaulted and with typical pre-existing original bricks and therefore dating back to the end of the 1800s.
