"Cinciarella" and "Peppola" are located in a beautiful private 'fairytale park' setting, surrounded by ancient walls, on the hills surrounding Sarzana, an ancient town with a wonderful historical center from the houses).
"Borgo del Castello" is divided into two separate homes that may be rented together or separately. "Cinciarella" and the smaller house is "Peppola".
"Cinciarella" is composed of 3 floors and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On entering ground level, "Cinciarella" has a dining room with a table for six. Downstairs is a small living room with a fireplace that overlooks the garden area.
