Thanks to its unique location directly on the sea, its guests can enjoy a wonderful holiday in one of the most beautiful corners of the Costa del Sole, in the small fishing village of Pomonte. The flat is located on the first floor and offers a beautiful sea view from the terrace. It is a bright two-room apartment consisting of a living room with an open kitchen and a third bed, and a double bedroom equipped with a TV and a large wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hobs and a column fridge as well as everything you need to enjoy a comfortable holiday. The 50 m² property is also equipped with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi and can accommodate 3 people. A coin-operated washing machine in the laundry room is also available to guests.
Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace with a sea view which is equipped with a table and chairs to dine outdoors. The terrace can be accessed from the living room/kitchen area and guests staying in the flat on the other floor (Montecristo) have the right to cross the terrace in order to reach their apartment. Just 10m from the house you will find the Spiaggia del Relitto ("beach of the wreck"), which owes its name to the wreck of a cargo ship that sank in 1972 just 150m from the shore. The wreck can easily be reached by swimming or with a pedal boat and can be seen by swimming on the surface with a diving mask. Don't miss the spectacle of the wreck and its many colourful inhabitants: the local fish!
