THE OUTDOORS:
Beautiful period residence consisting of a main body, a 16th century farmhouse, and multiple stone farmhouses that frame it.
The surrounding park is about 7 hectares, with century-old oaks and an amusing little lake where the true protagonists of this magical place often go to water: the white fallow deer.
For animal lovers, in the fenced area of 4 hectares around the lake, you can observe and feed not only the fallow deer but also the donkeys and many other farm animals. Then there are numerous herons and ducks that splash around undisturbed in the lake.
Surrounded by fruit trees we then have the swimming pool which enjoys a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape and the characteristic village of Montemerano.
This residence is ideal for families and especially for children.
INTERIORS:
The main 16th century farmhouse consists of a living room with a large fireplace, a dining room with a large fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a porch.
Adjacent there is a stone farmhouse which houses 2 bedrooms, one double and one family room with double bed and sofa bed.
All rooms are on the ground floor and have a terrace or garden and lots of privacy.
