Positive: Lovely old world class! In fantastic location , clean as a whistle!

Negative: Property is great , breakfast is good but food could be kept hotter . Your groups are a wee but like locusts . Bar staff could have been a bit more proactive , ask you what you would like , come to your table .. offer snacks with drinks which are not cheap but very nice ..

Summary: The hotel Splendid is Splendid , just needs a few staffing tweaks to be mor proactive
