The house is located above the sea, right on the top of the seafront of Stazzo with a unique view of the black lava cliffs and creeks, typical of this area, and the unforgettable sunrise. In summer (from mid-June to the end of August) platforms are builded on these rocks to get easier the access to the sea.
Thanks to its priviliged location, the terrace, open space of (150mq), gives you the feeling that you are on board of a ship and provides amazing view not only of the sea but also of the Mt. Etna
The apartment is a detached 100 sq m design house with a shared entrance gate (only with the owner when on site). The apartment builted in 2018, with its outstanding view, is a part of the independent house, always been property of the family, and it can easily accommodate 5 persons.
It is at a first floor and extended on one level of well organized 100 square meters. The living area consists of a hight celing and bright living room with a confortable one and a half sofa bed, a modern table for 6 persons and a fully functional kitchen provided with induction hob.
The sleeping area consists of two hight bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and the other two single beds which can be joined together to become a double bed.
There is also a showered bathroom and an outdoor shower.
Every room has it own air conditioner and each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and sliding doors
