In the centre of the Estate, there is the main villa, an imposing building dated back 19th-century. Recently restored, the villa has been divided into two independent apartments, one for holidays use and the other is sometimes lived by the owners. The apartment for the guests, named ORSA MAGGIORE (110 sqm) is on the second floor, reachable by an internal stair case of 32 steps.Close to the main villa, a lovely completely restored independent barn ideal for four people, named ORSA MINORE. The interior of both apartments are pretty with exposed beams and terracotta floors and are furnished with many antiques. At the guests disposal a lovely swimming pool (12x6 mts - 1,20/2,40 mts deep; seasonal opening) set on a grassy terrace in a spacious grounds, shared with the owners. Barbecue facilities and washing machine at the guests disposal. Surrounded by hills and woods, this property provides its guests with beautiful views and because of its ideal location, you will be able to enjoy the relaxation of strolling through the Tuscan countryside. The house is only 5 km away from the village of Casciano and 30 Km south of Siena. In Casciano there are shops, restaurants, bank and bar.
The final cleaning charges will be included in the price if the apartments are left tidy at the time of departure, otherwise there will be a charge to be paid extra.
ORSA MAGGIORE - (110 sqm) It is on the second floor, reachable by an internal stair case of 32 steps. It consists of a spacious living room with fireplace and satellite tv; kitchen equipped with oven, 4 rings cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms (both with queen size bed), one twin room and two shower bathrooms. The apartment has its own table and chairs outside for dining out. The prices include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning. The final cleaning charges will be included in the price if the apartments are left tidy at the time of departure, otherwise there will be a charge . BBQ, baby cot and washing machine available for free. Wifi internet connection available for free. To be paid extra on the spot: Inventory deposit, central heating upon use, air conditioning available in the apt. Orsaminore, on request at the beginning of the holiday, extra bed on request (available only at Orsaminore), pets stay (max 2 dogs are allowed). Local tax must be paid cash and on the premises
