The country estate is in lower Tuscany, along the source of the Fiora River, in the Monte Amiata region. It is near the Tuscan Maremma and beaches. It lies at 500 metres above sea level.
The country house is surrounded by an 8000m2 garden with plants, lovely flowers and olive groves. It offers a pool surrounded by a sun terrace with parasols and loungers, inviting you to relax and sunbathe after a refreshing dip. A barbecue is also available. The fenced site, closed off by a gate, has shaded parking spaces and garages. The Allodola apartment has its own driveway with a parking space.
The country house has been renovated and extended over the years. It consists of a building with three independent holiday apartments: Capriolo on the ground floor and Fagiano on the first floor look out directly towards the large, shared garden with a pool. The third apartment, Allodola, is in an annex to the rear of the house and has its own outdoor area. In order to be able to enjoy the rural surroundings to the full, there is no Internet connection.

For maximum convenience, there are also two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower cubicle and the other with a shower cubicle, complete with a practical washing machine.
