Very quiet one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a modern building with elevator. You immediately enter the living area with kitchenette , very bright and furnished in a modern and functional style. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the two rooms, wifi connection, washing machine (no dryer) kettle,microwave, kettle and toaster, espresso machine and smart TV, the kitchenette is well equipped with stove and oven. From the living room with comfortable double sofa and table there is access to the spacious living terrace where you can sit for a good coffee outside. The double bed can be separated into two single beds. The newly renovated bathroom has a very pleasant spacious shower. The area allows you to park your car safely on the street stripes outside the dwelling and is outside the ztl. It is a 10-minute walk from Stazione Leopolda (Piazza di Porta al Prato) where there is also a stop for the T1 tramway to and from the historic center. The apartment is ideal for study,work and tourism trips if you arrive by car. It is surrounded by excellent local restaurants especially frequented by Florentine residents.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
