Positive: I didn't manage to stay at the property due to the issues they had and they booked us to their parent hotel, which was not something that we planned for so asked for a partial refund. I was honestly impressed with how smoothly and kindly everything was handled by the hotel team—especially Federico. He went above and beyond by not only keeping me updated, but even messaging me with helpful information before I had the chance to follow up myself. His communication was always timely, professional, and genuinely caring. While the situation wasn’t ideal, Federico’s support really turned it around and made me feel valued as a guest. It’s rare to receive such proactive and personal service, and I truly appreciate the effort. Thank you again, Federico and the team, for making a difficult moment feel much easier to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would definitely recommend staying here.
