Continuing along the ground floor there is another living area with a sofa bed for two, bathroom with shower and tub and a fully equipped laundry room.
A Travertine stone staircase leads you to a lounge (where there is a sofa bed for 2 )onto which there are two double bedrooms plus two bathrooms.
The first doublebedroom to the right is of ample dimension and contains a small study with writing desk and arm chair.
2nd double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The entire 1st floor has wood beam ceilings ,parquet floors and spendid views over the sienese countryside.
The Welcome Kit on arrival contains the following : two bottles of mineral water, italian coffee for moka, american coffee with filters, a selection of a variety of tea, brown and white sugar, fine and large grain salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, disher washer tablets, sponge and washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, paper napkins, grease proof paper, aluminium foil and plastic filmdetergent for washing machine and all necessary household linens.
