Summary: The staff was amazing at the parent hotel. We were even walked over to the other building by a young female staffer, which was very nice. We had a little bit of a hard time finding where to go once off the train. It is close and easy. You basically turn right and after 3 minutes walking, the Hotel Bernina is on your left, this is where you check in. The room... well, there was a statue of a giant Indian woman lying on a shelf in the bathroom! I put a tissue over her eyes! Each room has a different theme, ours was Indian. The room was nice, they had a robe and even hand lotion. Breakfast was great! They try hard there and it shows.
