In an exceptionally peaceful spot, this sunny house with a large garden and private swimming pool, is the perfect getaway for family or friends. The 300 square metre villa develops over two levels.
On the ground floor, you will find a converted cow shed overlooking the garden, with an accessible twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom (with shower), a large summer room (with comfortable seating) and a laundry.
The main living area is on the first floor where you will find a large living room (with open fireplace and comfortable seating) and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area (with a table seating 8). In the sleeping area you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), and a bathroom (with bath).
Outdoors, you will find a large garden which features a swimming pool (10 m x 5 m; open mid-May to end September) with sun loungers, a covered terrace (with a large dining table and chairs) and a shaded seating area next to the pool.
