From the road there is instant access to the parking lot, and from there, a flight of steps and an exterior elevator lead to the entrance of the villa.
The living room is connected by two french doors to the large terrace, where you can eat and sit on comfortable sofas while enjoying the magnificent view of Balbo Castle, the gulf and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to an outdoor courtyard.

The Location.
The property is located in the exclusive Punta Ala with extraordinary beaches, tennis courts, horse riding, fantasic restaurants and one of the most beautiful marina, on the uscan coast and at the same time near fantasic wine estates and old typical tuscan villages, with easy access to all of the area’s major cultural and artistic towns such as Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, Livorno etc..
