Casale Moncaio is immersed in a park and has beautiful rectangular swimming pool with Roman staircase, 12 m by 6 with a depth of 1.2-1.5 metres, in a raised and secluded position with a great view of the surrounding countryside. A bathing area surrounds the pool, partly paved, complete with sunbeds and two wooden pergolas for escaping the summer heat. Guests will also find a shaded area in front of the main house’s kitchen, with an outdoor living room with tables, chairs and two portable barbecues, perfect for outdoor meals. The outbuilding has a furnished loggia with a stonework barbecue. There is also a washing room with washing machine. Parking for 2-3 cars on one side of the main house, with more space near the outbuilding.Interior
The house has been perfectly restored and decorated, maintaining the original characteristics and precious furniture. The main house is on two floors with in indoor staircase. The ground floor has a large day area with a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with fireplace and storage space leading outdoors, a dining room, an enormous living room with arches, large windows and warm wooden flooring, a fireplace, sofas and armchairs which can host the entire group of guests; a large carpeted bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower round up the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a large living/reading room with sofas and ceiling fan, a living room with sofas and flat screen TV and ceiling fan, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 bathrooms with 2 beds (one with ceiling fan), a double bedroom with wardrobe cabin and ceiling fan, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and a room with 2 single beds and bunk bed, ideal for children, with wardrobe cabin.
The outbuilding has functional, modern furniture. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with cooking area which leads to a shaded, paved patio with stonework barbecue, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Casale Mocaio is part of a large farm stretching for many acres, with several independent properties. Access via an electric gate with access code on the state road with a few km of gravel road in good condition leading to the house. The sunny farmhouse offers a great view of the surrounding hills, not far from the seaside.
