Perugia is the capital of Umbria and one of the main cities of central Italy. Perugia is located on an elongated hill. At the top lies the medieval part of the city. The access gate Porta d'Augusto has been preserved from the Etruscan period. Other highlights are the Priori Palace, the Fontana Maggiore, the Oratorio di San Bernardino and, of course the Cathedral.
