The upper floor includes three air-conditioned bedrooms: the first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the second bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and the third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190 cm). There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower, and the other with a walk-in shower, along with separate toilets. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious air-conditioned living room that opens onto the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes everything you might need, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, cooktop, range hood, and a refrigerator-freezer combination. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available for your convenience.
The villa is well-suited for families. A baby bed and playpen are provided, and children can enjoy outdoor games in the spacious garden. Entertainment options include a television and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.
