Casa della Musica is a typical rustic farmhouse in the Marche style of the early twentieth century, immersed in the quiet of the first hills and is only 15 km from the coasts of the renowned Senigallia with its velvet beaches.
The villa has been totally renovated respecting the guidelines of taste and comfort and is the perfect solution if you want to stay in total privacy and safety, in contact with nature but close to all the comforts of the town center.
From when you cross the gate to enter to when (alas) you let it vanish behind you, the background of your holiday is just chirping and rustling.
Why \"House of Music\"? This villa with swimming pool for rent in the Marche owes its name to the famous pianist and orchestra maestro Leone Magiera who owns it and that is why in the house you will find an \"exceptional\" host waiting for you: a baby grand piano that the musician leaves at guests\' disposal.

Casa della Musica has a swimming pool that is shared with another villa for 4 people within our estate but separate and independent or it is possible to rent both solutions and therefore also have the swimming pool for exclusive use.
And after the bath you can also take a shower in the outdoor location, located among the greenery.
On summer evenings, you can enjoy the pleasure of a dinner on the veranda or, if you are in the company of friends, you can use the large table on the patio next to the house, large but reserved thanks to the protection of the numerous shrubs that surround it.
