Positive: We booked 5 rooms for our group for one night and had a really nice stay overall. The rooms were clean and exactly like the description, comfortable and perfect for our short trip. We didn’t have breakfast included at first, but chose to pay for it there. The breakfast was good and the staff serving it were super friendly and helpful. It’s served on the 5th floor, and you have access to a terrace with a really beautiful view The location is excellent, only about a 7-minute walk from the central train station, which was very convenient for us. It’s also a nice walk to popular spots: about 20 minutes to the old town and around 12 minutes to L’antica Pizzeria da Michele, which we loved. The only small issue we had was with communication before arriving: we messaged the hotel a couple of times on Booking a few days before check-in and didn’t get a reply. It didn’t ruin our stay, but better responsiveness would make things smoother. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a well-located and comfortable place in Naples!
