A second open-hearth fireplace is also found in the fully equipped open kitchen, which includes an oven, a dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Direct access to the garden is available from the living room, and a separate WC is also located on this level.
The upper floor hosts all 5 bedrooms: 3 rooms are each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm, while the remaining 2 rooms each contain 2 single beds of 80 cm.
