From the living room a hallway with two doors leads to the beautiful travertine staircase that leads to the first floor. One of the two doors opens onto a spacious service bathroom (toilet, cabinet with sink, bidet, washing machine and window). The door at the bottom instead gives access to a room with two beds (combinable only on request when booking).
The travertine staircase that connects the ground floor to the first floor lands in a small hallway on which open the door to the double bedroom (non-divisible bed) and that of the complete bathroom with walk-in shower.
On request, a cot for infants or a cot with bars for children up to three years can be provided.

The paved square in front of the barn and which divides the two houses belongs to the same. A parking lot next to the entrance is reserved for guests. The property has an area of about 4 ha with olive grove, vineyard orchard and a large vegetable garden where customers can take advantage of vegetables, eggs and seasonal fruit.
On the opposite side of the entrance to the property there is a beautiful olive grove with a large garden where you can relax, a swimming pool (5x10 uniform depth 1.60) for the exclusive use of the guests of the house and a panoramic view of the Chianti area. Swimming pool open from 15/05 to 15/09.
